akznyc @madisonmougey1 Hi there! Waist measures 12" but it's meant to be worn high waisted (true waist). I would measure against your fav pants for best fit but for reference, I range from 25-26 in denim and am wearing in photos.

akznyc @madisonmougey1 ahh right at the cusp. It’s a bit big on me as you can see. It all depends on body build! Because it flows by the hips- it might work depending on waist size. Let me know if I can take any other measurements or provide additional info xx

akznyc @azrap hi there! As long as you are rocking some heels - I think it’s be a great fit. Or a quick hem job. The only component worth mentioning that wouldn’t work with your measurements is length of skirt.
