I just posted 2 more pictures for you (the last 2) I used the flash on the one picture because it shows that it was never swatched better in the light. For reference, the first 3 photos are stock photos & the last 4 are my photos. The actual color of the eyeshadow is closest to the first picture. The flash makes it look really different, but shows that there are no imperfections better! Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you! Have a great night!

Yes, I agree, that’s a long time especially when I used a priority label! I just called the post office & asked for the postmaster, he wasn’t there. So I explained the situation to the person who answered the phone & gave her the tracking information. She did look it up & said that they have been experiencing a lot of delays & that your package is delayed, but it’s currently on its way to the next facility.

Good afternoon! I just wanted to let you know that I spoke with a manager at my post office today & explained the situation with your package. He did look into it & told me that due to the holidays & the pandemic, they are just so overwhelmed & they are experiencing extremely long delays in some of the transit facilities, one of which is on Long Island & the other is in New Jersey, where your package currently is.

I told him that I was particularly concerned because the package has been at that facility & hasn’t moved since December 2nd. He looked it up & did confirm that your package was there and still waiting to be processed. He said that they are sending staff & mobile facilities to these locations with the heaviest volume to help with getting these packages processed & on the way to their destinations.

He was apologetic & is asking everyone to be patient, as these delays with covid 19 compounded with the holidays are unprecedented & they are doing everything they can. He said that he thinks you should receive your package by the beginning of next week. I have had delays similar to yours with several of the orders I shipped recently & just spoke to someone else who sells on posh who has a customer who has been waiting on something that was shipped before Thanksgiving!

Hey! I can’t even tell you how bad I feel about this whole situation! I did speak to the post office again today & they said that the problems they were having due to a combination of the holidays & covid were compounded & made even worse by the blizzard we got here the other day (they also got hit in New Jersey). They said they don’t believe it’s lost, but just stuck at that facility & it should move soon! I’m so sorry I didn’t have better news!
