aviatortwin@grayhi Hi Hilary, This only comes in one size, but it is pretty adjustable. I’m a 34DD, and it fits me, so I think you should be fine. Double check the measurements of the bottom band that goes around your lower bra line, and if that works, you should be all set.

aviatortwin@belinda1070 Hi Belinda, It should, typically the under bust for a 38D is 32-35”, that is where the lower strap hooks, and it is adjustable up to 37”. The necklace portion is also very adjustable, so you should be able to adjusted the upper necklace to just the right length so that it sits on you the way that you like it. If it is too small, you can get a gold extender at most online stores for under $2.
