sydneysfb @jaydenjsjemz Sorry not following what you are asking me? Are you asking me if the measurements shown are around the waist? If so, the second number is the waistline. First bust and yes adjustable. Bottom is the hips. You can wear it tighter at the bottom or loser. Which some girls go up a size because they don't want it too tight on their bottom. Hope that helps.
