trinas217 My son has severe ADHD and has a hard time staying focused. My twin girls wake up three times a night or so crying like they're having nightmares, but they don't fully wake up, I think they might be having night terrors like I do. I have depression and anxiety, i'm always tired, my weight and lack of happiness is not particularly the best either.
