Can you tell me what the fabric is made out of. Is the length would you say knee length or below it?

@helloalexandria hey there! There is no fabric tag, but it feels like a cotton blend. The skirt length is 27”. I am 5’2” and it’s below the knee for me. For a taller person it could be at the knee
