Sadly, there are LOADS of BJ Dupes on Poshmark. 1) The quality is mostly horrendous. 2) All licensed pieces (with the exception of Trolls - is FAKE!!! - The following pieces or “collections” are FAKE - Coke, Pepsi, Little Mermaid, Sponge Bob, Minions, Batman, the Joker, Smurfs, M&M’s, Hello Kitty, Harley Davidson, Mario Brothers, Disney, Angry Birds, Chanel, Cinderella. - The pink with black leopard tags were discontinued LONG ago. Some stage pics w/ legit tags. - No cellophane bags.

iloveaerobics @wwsheri sadly, the majority of Betsey Johnson on poshmark is fake. Years ago, they did have leopard tags. It would be a rare, vintage piece with an intact tag. I will take of picture of one of my authentic necklaces and tags to give you an example

iloveaerobics The black & pink leopard tags were long ago discontinued. Only a rare and vintage piece could possibly have an intact leopard tag. The the leopard tag is a huge 🛑 but some use real tags to stage for their pictures. The chains look ridiculous, the detail is crap. Betsey ONLY had a licensing agreement with Trolls ONLY sold at Macy’s. All coke, Pepsi, smurfs, angry birds, Disney, M&M’s are fake! Hope this helps.

tam512 I just bought 3 Betsy Johnson necklaces off posh with those pink leopard tags none were the characters listed above does that mean I bought fakes to 😡😤😥 I thought there was a disclaimer on posh that u couldn't do that ....sorry that probably sounds naive of me🤔

iloveaerobics @aikman77 I’m very sorry. I joined poshmark In early 2015. It was much better. Imo poshmark allowed it’s Achilles Heel (Counterfeits) to become full blown cancer. I recommend reporting it and providing pictures - support@poshmark.com

iloveaerobics @innerbeauty1968 if you look at the 5th and 6th comment from the top ^^ I talk about the old tags. It was years ago - I not saving it’s impossible, but it would be rare to find that jewelry with tags still attached. If you found multiples of the item in question (one you think is old) - well then that tells you it’s a dupe. Hope that makes sense.

Beyond the obvious fakes the pink tags of real will have a bar code on the back . Those are not faked. But you will notice on the fakes they never show the back of the tags !!!

vtgcovergirl Just fyi, I bought one of the black sewing machine pins sold under the label. Of course after anything sells a ton of like items pop up afterwards and so I started scrolling through those. My seller was the ONLY one calling hers a designer piece. Because I purchased it via an offer, I had to wait until it got here to file the claim. By that time I realized they’re on Amazon (coming from China...shocker) for a few dollars each. Won that case!
