b_beautiful19 @kvick_1293 The waist is 13.5” and the hips are 15.5” across. I am typically a size 2 and they are too big for me. They are made of 60% cotton;35% nylon and 5% spandex so they do have LOTS of stretch in them. I hope that helps!
