Backpack is in good used condition.
Bought it on posh. Complete waterproof exterior. Does include sternum strap. Shoe bag is missing. No stains or marks inside the backpack. Does have faint marks (shown in pics) on the outside of backpack but are hard to see.

@jenc27 I haven’t personally experienced this but my friend did twice. She had a person claim after receiving a package that the wrong product had been sent and wished to return it. My friend provided the photo proof that she had shipped the right item but e🅱️ay still sided with the buyer. The buyer returned a completely different item and in the end my friend was out her original item. The next time this happened she had video taped everything. So e🅱️ay sided with her.

@jenc27 no problem! I only sale here so I didn’t think of videotaping anything. And then someone made a post on posh about how they got scammed on here by a buyer (same scenario) . After that I decided to video everything. It’s so sad that scammers make more work for us. ☹️ Just be careful. ☺️
