Francesca’s Black Wrap NWT Dress

This black dress is of respectable length. I’m 5’5” and the longest part comes midway down my chin. It has a tie at the waist and a small clip button to keep the v-neckline together. This dress is perfect for formal occasions and is comfortable. I bought it for a homecoming, but never wore it bc I never went :/
