sizings aren't always fitting. inches will tell....lol. can I have seam to seam on bust and hips plz

@damsel714 thanks for ur interest. The measurement is approximately 19.5” across bust. Hips are approximately 21.5”. However this dress has a lot of stretch to it. Hope this helps. Let me know if u have any other questions. Stay safe!

@damsel714 Btw. I looked at it in the sunlight and apparently it is a very dark navy. And checked the tag and it is listed as Dark navy. Thanks
