Skirt:
Waistband is unfinished. Can easily be fitted, by your local seamstress. Not lined, needs petticoat to fluff it out.

First seam (end of fitted part, above first ruffled tier): 36"
Length: 27"
Corset:
Fully lined, steel boning and closure.
Waist when fully tightened: 24 1/4
Adjustable to about 27"
This is one of many dresses/costumes I made for fashion shows and photoshoots to promote my business. They've only been worn for that.
