@connie10889 Hi. I’m sorry you are disappointed with the Vera Bag you bought. You gave a 5* rating and then changed it to a 1* and said the strap was tore on one side....not sure what happened because it was not tore when I shipped it. Perfect except needed to be washed like I stated. Sorry!

@ritzyorrustic When I 1st opened it up I just laid it on the sofa and I replied that I received it and that it was OK. I had not looked at completely over until I picked it up to take it and put it away and that's when I noticed the strap was torn. That is when I got back alone and changed my thing from a 5 to a one. I was so upset because this bag is something I really wanted.
