The skirt is deliciously full, and the dress is oh so comfortable. The fabric is rather thin and lightweight, not high end fabric, but it looks and feels good on and makes a great statement! The dress was shipped directly from the manufacturer inside a plastic bag with the size tag but no paper tag. It is brand new.
