Tag says size 36. It’s 20” pit to pit with lining zipped in and jacket zipped up lying flat. I am an XL and cannot wear this any longer. Tag says Genuine Leather. Clean in Stoddard Solvent Only by Leather Specialist. I never wore it enough to have it cleaned. Excellent vintage condition. Will take more pics if needed. Please ask questions!

lsumrell @rachelacutler do you mean sewn in or things inside the material that are meant for protection? No I’m afraid not ☹️

lsumrell @rachelacutler no mam-I bought this at a Harley shop but it’s not a Harley jacket. This is from maybe as long ago as ‘85 so I don’t think they were that advanced yet with reinforcing outerwear but I could be wrong 🌹

vintage4283 Hi, could you share the measurement for the length of the jacket (neck to bottom hem). Thank you!

lsumrell @vintage4283 I’m very sorry for the delay! I go to bed early 🤪. The collar is a stand up collar so in back from top of collar to hem is 23 1/2”. Front-with collar snapped closed it’s about 22” from top of snapped collar to hem. This is from the 80’s and although all zippers work they could use a conditioning if there is such a thing. That’s just my opinion.

vintage4283 @lsumrell Thanks very much, I wasn't expecting an answer so quickly! I'm from the 80s, too, so I understand needing a little TLC at this point. Let me think about this for a little and I'll get back to you. Much appreciated.

lsumrell @vintage4283 when I googled cleaning metal zipper on a leather jacket it gave several recommendations-I like graphite b/c it’s dry and has worked for me before-pencil lead shavings!
