@mencerb Hi Beth, I will be disappointed too! It was a beloved item for a time but I may not have noticed the stains because of the dark color. I should have been more thorough and have been since.
I looked up posh support center articles. There is one about what happens when a buyer reports an item isn’t as expected. It says you can submit the photos for them to look into a refund, if needed. I’m happy to refund through them if possible but hope the stains come out.

@laurenwoos I’m sure it will work out. I really liked the shirt too. I’m fairly new to buying on Poshmark so this is new process for me. I guess they have a process for this. I don’t mean to get you in trouble or anything.

@mencerb it’s a new process for me too but It seems like a great community and I know they can help us work it out. I truly try to note any flaws that my items have or not list them if they’re not in really good condition.
