Polyester satiny material blouse w/lace neckline

Short sleeve, emerald green, satiny material with beautiful lace detailing on the neckline. Elastic bottom. Slightly twisted in one spot. Please see photo. Not noticeable when on. Very comfortable. Small dark mark, please see photo. Also some light staining. Hard to see on.
