chrbres7 @angela_malone Hi Angela!Its am empire design .Elastic is under the bust There is a lot of stretch if need be.The small 30 + chest Med aprox .Waist on medium and small is full when streched Small aprox waist can stretch to 42 Hope that helps .The Elastic is under the bust and both small ane medium will stretch to accommodate .Ample room .Please let me know if you have any more Questions!
