@taylorlynnmesse hi! I don’t think I’ve tried this piece on, just because I was afraid it wouldn’t fit. I know it lies 13 flat, which would best fit like a 26 inch waist. As far as the other measurements, I can get you some hip measurements if that helps? The skirt should fit at the waist area (close to you belly button) and the length should run 17 in from there. :)
