@monikitha I apologize I didn’t see your original request. The waist on this dress is extremely stretchy
Laying flat the waist measures only 14 inches but stretches out to about 22 inches.
And because the top is a tie front the bust area is flexible. The dress is 5 % spandex so it stretches everywhere.
