Absolutely brand new No flaws No defects It comes with box ,dust bag, shopper bag & receipt I exchanged it yesterday ( the 9th of April) I had a Tuileries bag but it had a defect and I paid the difference for a Melie . I will not accept lower because of high fees it will go thru Poshmark to verify authenticity
