pamsposhpicks @angelface213 Hi. approximate measurements of the large taken laying flat: P2P is 18" overall lenght is 20" smallest of the arm is 5". this is before the bell shape. Elastic at the top is 17", stretched its about 21" i'm 5'9", 155 lbs and the large fits me perfectly. Hope this helps.
