rachelgab Also, in the close-up it looks like a nice, rich navy, but some of the other pictures it seems lighter. Is it a pretty deep navy? I want it for an evening out. I have been looking for a floral dress with a black background, but I do love this pattern, cut, design, and fabric …. thanks! =)

rachelgab Okay thank you, I'm looking at one other dress and need to think a day or two. It's hard to decide between two beautiful dresses. I think I need both! Ha ha. If I don't purchase on Sunday/Monday, I will still keep it in my likes because I'd love it for another occasion as well. missmorgiepie @smaccartney it’s a soft material. I posted a pic of the tag. Laid flat, the waist is about 14” and the bust is about 17.5” hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions and I can ship today!

I’m sure your question is moot now, but I at least wanted to apologize :) if not, chest is 17.5” and the material is a soft rayon. It’s not a spandexy stretch, but the material is softish so it kind of glides :)
