REISS Butterfly Dress - Party/Cocktail/Formal

This dress is gorgeous. Isn’t any other way to say it. Was purchased on vacation in England, but hasn’t been worn enough, and needs to get out in the world again! Features lace and pleated details on the bodice, sweet cap sleeves, and two sheer layers over the underskirt/liner for extra fluff and flounce! Only worn a few times. There are a few loose threads in the lace on the waistband. Though the rest of the dress is in GREAT condition! Any questions please ask!
