Hi, does this material stretch? I'm not sure if I would be a size small or medium. Bust and waist measurements match the small but hips are more like 36". What would you suggest? Thanks.

@its_tracey_xoxo yes it has some stretch! I would say it depends on how short you want the skirt to be. I think either S or M will fit you but the S will end up being shorter. Let me know if that helps!
