Royal blue dress, color is more true in the cover pic than the other pics. There are small fabric belt loops but the belt is missing. Lining is stretchy with elastic waist and sleeve cuffs are stretchy too. The outside blouse-y material is not stretchy. The sleeves are sheer. 100% polyester. Shoulder to hem: 33” Chest: 16.5”
