@alisonnh25 You will have to open a case with Poshmark and see if they are willing to do an exchange. My experience has been with them that their exchange or return are only when there is a defect, not for size issues. But I’m willing to back you up if they are willing to say OK.

@alisonnh25 Hi Alison - I received the box with the shoes. I thought you were going to send payment for the shipping fee to return them. Poshmark already deducted the shipping fee out of my profit so if I pay to ship them back to you then I will have paid the shipping twice. That would put me in the hole on the profit for these shoes.

@alisonnh25 No problem but since we’re not doing this through Poshmark it cannot be charged to them. The fee should be the same going back as it was coming. On the box you sent the shoes in it says $19.95. When I have done this for others in the past they always sent a check made out to me in the box with the return. Once I get that from you I will send the shoes in the larger size back to you right away. So sorry for this confusion. It can get crazy sometimes!
