Beautiful Bright Flowers Hawaii’s Print Skirt

Excellent condition and worn only 2 times. LIKE NEW This is made of 100% rayon but feels like a light cotton and is not see thru. It is cut in a slight A line and has a subtle ruffle on the bottom. I’m 5’4” and it hits me at the knees. Only reason why I’m listing is because it’s a tad too tight for me. It has an elastic waist on the back of the skirt. No buttons or zipper. Measures approximately Waist flat 15 will stretch to 18 tightly Length 27”
