beautifulbuys @raeofsunshine0 hi!! you would have cleavage but it would look HOT so the chest would be fine. The length may be to mid thigh-ish maybe a little on the shorter side but not tooo short (but this depends on how short/long you want it). And I think if you wear spanx it will fit because it is made to stretch and sucks you in but size 10 would honestly probably need a large to be comfortable.
