Versatile top, can be worn under a jacket, deep v- neck dress or top, cardigan or on its own. Measuring flat: Small is 17 inches wide. Medium is 18 inches wide. Large is 19 inches wide. All sizes have same total length of 21 inches excluding the length of the straps. Features adjustable length straps. Fabric has no strech to it. How small is the small ? My bra size is a 34 D and I’m on the smaller side but I don’t want it skin tight . I notice you only have a small and large left ! Thank you <3

@lecitron5 Hi, last two pics show dress form bra size 34 B. As you can see it's not skin tight but it is also not too loose if that's what you are looking for. I think with D cup it will take more in, so it will feel more snugly. Small size top measures 34 inches around since flat measurement is 17 inches per side. Hope this helps.
