They are 4" at the heel and about 1-1.5" at the toe.

The cutouts are covered with mesh that just makes them look so dang cute and cool!
Bought them to wear in a wedding with my bridesmaid dress. Only wore during the actually ceremony. I have worn them maybe 2 or 3 times since then.
