dashofpink_co @janekra hi! In my opinion Size L would be around 6-8, but I would check the waist and length measurements against a pair that fits you well. Size large waist is 14.5” and length is 15.5” measured laying flat. Hope this helps :) also this is a high waisted item so the waist measurement would be around your belly button, not on your hip
