Striped shirt dress with tie

Super colorful and cute. It buttons down to the waist. The hem is dipped for the shirttail look. There is a separate waist tie (but no belt loops). The sleeves are long (I rolled them up). The sleeve has a cuff and button. The dress fabric is very thin & lightweight—this is intended for warm weather fun. It is 100% polyester. Easy care.
