@czstill13 I wear an 18 in their jeans, and wear both XL & 2X in this style of pants.
I would recommend the 2X in these due to the lighter color.
Although they are super cutesy and dressed up, they feel super comfortable like yoga or lounge pants & will give or take with elasticity to fit nicely.

@lorensmith966 I suggest choosing the size you would wear in a yoga/ sweat pant as they are stretch.
My best guess would be a Medium possibly Lg in these for an 8-10.
I can take measurements when I get home tonight.
