baubld I have not chosen an organization/project as the full extent of the damage won’t be known until the river goes down - it is projected to remain at dangerous flood levels through the month of May (at least😮). Until then, let’s raise some $ to help raise the spirits & livelihoods of those affected! Together we can show my community what Happy Posh’ing is all about!❤️Thank you🙏🏻

baubld @neptual yes! 🙏🏻 this was the highest & longest flood we have ever had - with an estimated $30 million in lost revenue & damage - there is debate over building a flood wall (Illinois side has one which is why they did NOT flood)

baubld @neptual at the end of June they announced $397,875 is available to help regional businesses in their flood recovery efforts, and applications for fund disbursement were made available - and businesses began the long process of recovery🙏🏻❤️

neptual Yeah! I figured I'd share and other people would wonder too. Although some, the worst part was in the news. But we don't get recovery news, since it is long and arduous. Good news, even in small amounts doesn't get much airtime. Thank you for the info.
