wynnearchives@lovevintage22 hi hi! The tag does say dry clean only but I’m sure it could be hand washed. Have not treated the dot. It is very tiny and hard to notice. This top and the cream slacks would look sooo good together! I have not worn either piece✨

wynnearchives@amysprints hello! It is 2 layers of fabric with the lace fabric on top but the 2 layers fabric are sewn together at the waist seam and a few other spots so the fabric lays flat and moves nicely together — so it’s one piece. Thanks for your interest🤍✨
