No, they were labeled as a 28 but the waist was not actually that size

@nojelly4u So sorry I’m just getting back to you, I had to double check the sewn in size tag on the jeans. Yes, they are a Citizens 28, but the waistband was not originally 28” despite what it is labeled as.
