These are professionally altered and in used like new condition. Waistband has been darted to fit a 28” waist. They are light/medium wash. The pictures on me are more accurate for color. Here are my personal measurements for reference 27.5” waist, 37.5” hip, 22” thigh circumstance. Jeans Waist 28” Flat Hip 35” Rise: 11.75” Inseam: 26” Leg opening: 17.25in

ney1190@nojelly4u So sorry I’m just getting back to you, I had to double check the sewn in size tag on the jeans. Yes, they are a Citizens 28, but the waistband was not originally 28” despite what it is labeled as.
