nnsmith77@l0nd0n313 The widest part of the lining underneath is 22 1/2 “ wide through the hips Then as is flares out towards the bottom of the dress it measures 2ft 2” wide when pulled tight across (where your legs would be) The dress is meant to be flowy It has a sateen liner and a sheer ivory/cream/off white overlay Hope this helps
