Vintage Houston designer Victor Costa for Neiman Marcus spring/summer formal dress. Turquoise woven cotton with white, black, red, and blue abstract fish print. Boned bodice. One strap with dramatic scalloped design. Inner net crinoline in skirt. Side seam pockets. Pristine condition but missing belt. I have shown it with a black ribbon belt which is not included. Beautiful and rare. Size 4. Front bodice length 9.5”. Skirt length 33.5”. Waist 25” . Bust 31”. Last pic on sz. 4 32c .

@vanessafanzo430 Hi, the dress has a 25” waist and a 31” bust. It is a boned bodice, basically strapless, the strap is decorative, so it is meant to fit snugly. Thanks for your interest and I will add more measurements soon.
