irishtough @simplychicstore Hi Lucy...oh I'm so so bummed...these gorgeous shoes arrived today, and they are a size too small. I'm shocked because I've been a size 9M all my life, and have only 9s in my closet, but these 9s run very small :( Would you please let me exchange them for the size 10? I love them so much, and am just sick about this cuz they're so expensive, but I want to wear them with my Mother of the Bride outfit, they would be perfect, but I truly need the size

irishtough @simplychicstore Or another option would be for me to request a return for refund…and then you approve it, so they send me a postage paid return label. And then I return the 9s. And I would simply do a new purchase of the 10s for the same price plus shipping and tax. Then it would cost the same for me and you could ship the 10s right away while you’re waiting for the 9s to come back to you. How about that as a plan? Thanks, Lu

Once I get the return mailing label from Poshmark, I will ship the size 9s back to you. And then I will send you the same offer for the size10s. This should work out fine...thank you again so much!
