starvingartist7@d_mtsdbeauty ur definitely not alone in the chronic illness department and I can’t drive so I have to get my husband to go when he has time. I’ve had insomnia since middle school, and now crps, dystonia, epilepsy the list goes on. I understand even trying to locate items I need to mail can be very stressful and exhausting. I found this post because I also have narcolepsy, so sometimes I search Poshmark to see if there are any cool narcolepsy awareness/advocacy shirts, bracelets, etc, for sale for cheap. Having my outgoing Poshmark packages picked up from my house takes so much anxiety and stress out of selling stuff on Poshmark!

deanse56Thanks for your tip!! I have severe chronic insomnia!! I can understand the flip side but one thing I can’t do is sleep during the day!! So sorry for your Narcolepsy!! Do you sleep at night?? God bless you and who knows what may be discovered in the future!!😵😴😖😉

d_mtsdbeauty@deanse56 difficult* but I wouldn’t dare to venture a guess into how your days/nights must be. Thanks to a breakthrough medicine (the only one in history actually formulated for narcolepsy itself as there is no cure and not many real treatments that provide actual reprieve) called “Xyrem,” yes! I’m now able to get restorative sleep at night. It doesn’t do much for lessening my severe day time sleepiness, but it does help me feel rested enough to manage it.
