@lisabinc 💛👍🏻OK right where the elastic is laying flat without stretching is about 16 1/2 17 inches, they can easily stretch to 20 inches or more if needed! Where the hips would be is about 25 inches and right in the center where the elastic is and from the bottom is about 27 1/2 inches💛👍🏻
