njgrl54 @nikkiknits I don’t spin. I send my fleeces to a mill where it’s made into yarn, batting, roving and core spun. I do knit a little but still learning and don’t want to use my good yarn, ha ha! I have a lot. I just got a loom and am making rugs out of core spun, alpaca spun on an cotton core. Thanks for asking! 🦙

njgrl54 @nikkiknits I’m in Colorado, southwest of Denver in the foothills. I’m On Etsy but no sales. Local yarn shops have shown interest but I have to get out there! I’m always busy home on the ranch or dyeing yarn. I have to get ready for the Estes Park Wool Festival!

momisajob2 @njgrl54 Our local nurseries have buy local booths set up inside. Here we have the hatch chili they put in everything. But there’s also a lot of the turquoise and Santa Fe style. I would check with them as well as lodges and places like koa parks.

njgrl54 @momisajob2 That’s such a kind offer.! Unfortunately, I don’t have a website set up for my yarn and alpaca products: Another thing on my to do list! I was going to do a couple of local farmer’s markets but I want to check them out first to see if it’s a place my products would sell. I have a couple fiber markets coming up that I’ll go to. I have to put the time in, researching etc.

njgrl54 @sail62 I like the boot or Hiker socks. If you’re really cold, the heavy boot are great, however, they are super thick. I wore them this past winter in the house. Very cushy.

cheryl1da The yarn near the front of the pic, with pinks and other pastels. This IS alpaca, right? I haven't had time to knit in a while but your yarns inspire me! I'm a doc and often sit with a patient with Covid19. I could see myself knitting while doing that. Otherwise I just read medical journals. Cheryl👍

bend_your_trend These are Beautiful! I wish I was still able to crochet, you would have a repeat customer! unfortunately neck surgery in 2016 damaged a main nerve in my left arm and I can't hold yarn and needle good enough anymore. Beautiful yarn!❤❤❤
