sydneysfb@phoenixfire08 Hi, It's a standard small. There is no way for me to tell you what number as numbers don't apply to S.M & L sorry. Did you check the size chart? Again, sorry to say, waistlines are different on each person are at different lengths so I am loath to give you a measurement. Because the straps are adjustable you can be 5'11 or 5'1 and wear this dress. Sorry for the vagueness.

phoenixfire08I get the size conversion conundrum but there is a big length difference in where a hemline hits someone who is 5'1" vs 5'11". Let's split the difference - where would the hemline hit someone 5'5"? Thanks.
