Does this have any stretch?

@pianogirlms Hi I found the top! It does have a little stretch around the bust. The second layer of fringes start from that area. So, it is a bit stiff. The rest have more give. Armpit to armpit is about 17”. Shoulder to hem is about 24.5”.
