Lulu’s mini chambray off the shoulder blue dress

-This is a really pretty Lulus sundress in size small -It is called “Stand Out Style”on the website. -The color is a light blue. -The elastic around the shoulders holds it still so you don’t have to keep pulling it up during the day. -I have only worn it a few times, but I don’t see any signs of wear. Questions welcome!
