chelle003 Hey there. I was going to make you an offer but I see you raised your price by 25%. Does that mean you don’t really want to sell it? Buyer gets charged tax so makes the price quite expensive.

anne1254 @chelle003 I am serious about selling. Sellers get 20% of the sales taken out of what we earn unfortunately.
