bean5669 @mysisterskloset ugh yes make it ur last resort...I've had 3 surgeries and once they go in it's never the same...they had to go in 2xs more bc they caused scar tissue from the 1st one smh...try cervical epidurals and trigger point injections before actual surgery and sometimes the epidurals take couple times..don't give up bc surgery is the worst! I'm sorry ur going thru that if u need anything lmk 😘

mysisterskloset @bean5669 I’m so sorry you had to go through that! Ya I’ve had 1 epidural so far and it helped but it’s not fixing the slipped disk unfortunately just numbing the pain. Going to start doing acupuncture soon. Just tired of seeing drs. Want my life back ♥️

bean5669 @mysisterskloset ugh I kno I've had 2 slipped, 2 bulging/ruptured discs and then few yrs ago I slipped another one in my lower back and now that one is messed up smh my neck and back are a nightmare but surgeries turned it into a nightmare it just leads to more & more problems so it's like u can't win so I feel ya...i still use a TENS unit when i need relief & its the best thing for my spasms ...take it easy & good luck!!!

mysisterskloset @bean5669 so sorry you have to go through all that. Sounds like a nightmare. Have your tried cbd? I’ve using lotions and baths bombs for my pain it has helped a lot ♥️

bean5669 @mysisterskloset thanks luv it's been almost 20yrs since my accident so I'm used to it plus it gets worse with age lol but I'm sorry ur dealing with it now it's the worst u don't realize how much neck/back pain can effect ur life! I hope u find some relief & resolution & not have to suffer ❤ yeah my grandma was into all natural healing so I've been using things like that for long time it's great
