Super excited about these, transformed some dirty plain white Samoa’s into some wearable art! Size 11. Super cleaned, detailed, stripped, painted, and resealed. Laces were replaced and suede restored as well. These shoes can withstand rain or shine and are one of a kind 1/1! Let me know if you have any questions!

what paint are you using to paint on them? does it hold up to water? whats your process?

@jeffrwhiteman I strip the original clear coat with acetone a couple of times, let air dry. Then i apply Angelus Professional leather paint and help it bond with a heat gun. After it’s dry and the coats are complete, I spray it with a few coats of clear coat to seal in the paint and make it water resistant. Let me know if you have any other questions!
