jeffrwhiteman what paint are you using to paint on them? does it hold up to water? whats your process?

grantmckinley @jeffrwhiteman I strip the original clear coat with acetone a couple of times, let air dry. Then i apply Angelus Professional leather paint and help it bond with a heat gun. After it’s dry and the coats are complete, I spray it with a few coats of clear coat to seal in the paint and make it water resistant. Let me know if you have any other questions!
