Vintage | Single Block Tack Pulley 17.5" Barn

Vintage used wood block pulley. The small metal pulley at the bottom has been pulled open, and there are numbers written on the pulley (see photos). The pulley is marked with an anchor metal plaque and engraved with 8P-B on the back side. The pulley measures 17.5" long.
